The watch’s standout feature is its easy-to-read beige dial with classic Arabic numerals, adorned with fun illustrations of beloved animated characters depicting yet another of Wile E. Coyote’s failed attempts to catch his lightning-fast rival. This model builds on the proven proportions of the popular Expedition series, ensuring a perfect fit on most men’s wrists. The round case, with a diameter of 40 mm and a comfortable thickness of just 10 mm, is crafted from low-lead brass. Its dark gray finish, featuring a Gunmetal coating and a finely sandblasted matte surface, gives the watch a slightly tactical and outdoor feel. The case is elegantly complemented by a matching bezel made of the same material and a durable acrylic crystal.
Reliable and completely accurate timekeeping is ensured by a battery-powered quartz movement (caliber 92B), powered by a high-performance CR2016 lithium battery. Easy and quick time-reading in low light or poor visibility is ensured by a distinctive arrow-shaped second hand, complemented by a luminescent coating applied to the hour and minute hands.
The overall adventurous look is completed by a two-piece brown strap made of smooth natural leather with stylish contrasting stitching along the sides and a reliable classic pin buckle. The strap, with a lug spacing of 20 mm, is designed for wrist circumferences ranging from 150 to 205 mm. For maximum convenience during maintenance or when changing styles, it is also equipped with Quick Release pins for lightning-fast, tool-free replacement. The low total weight of 63.95 g ensures very comfortable all-day wear.
The watch is water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 meters), ensuring reliable protection during normal daily contact with water, such as showering, washing hands, or inclement rainy weather.

Timex is an American brand of affordable watches that was founded in 1854 in Waterbury, Connecticut, where it is still based today. The manufacturer currently focuses on the production of a wide range of different types of watches, from the purely sporty digital Ironman (for example, this model from the 90s is legendary) to the formal mechanical Marlin or the very popular and extremely well-designed retro series Q Reissue, which is based on everyday watches from the 70s to 90s.
Over the decades, watches from this manufacturer have rightly earned a reputation for excellent price-performance ratio, which is of course very welcome for "normal" daily wear. A synonym for Timex is their slogan 'It takes a licking and keeps on ticking', which the company started using in the 1950s.
Nowadays, Timex is notorious for numerous collaborations with well-known and lesser-known brands and personalities, which often result in unique and highly collectible pieces. The first significant collaboration of this kind saw the light of day in 1930, when Timex released a series of watches inspired by Mickey Mouse together with the Disney company - which actually saved them from financial collapse at the time.
