The Orient Star Sports RE-AU0601B Diver 1964 2nd Edition is a tribute to the iconic first Calendar Auto Orient diver's watch from 1964. The Orient Star Diver 1964 2nd Edition perfectly combines design elements of the past and the present. Adopting the distinctive indices and hands that also appeared on the dial of the 1964 model, the lunette with aluminium insert is also similar. The watch boasts the superb quality and meticulous craftsmanship that is synonymous with ORIENT STAR. Its distinctive look makes it a great choice for men's sports watches.

The case of the Orient RE-AU0601B is made of steel. It protects a custom modified mechanical movement with automatic winding from the Orient workshop, the calibre Orient F6N47 with a power reserve of around 50 hours, which is equipped with a function of stopping the seconds hand when setting the time, the so-called hacking and the possibility of winding the crown. An interesting complication is the winding reserve indicator at the 12 o'clock position.

The classic hallmarks of Orient Star dive watches include a unidirectional rotating lunette, screw-down dial and crown, distinctive and easy-to-read hands and indices at the hour positions. The hands and indices are coated with a luminescent layer, which makes it easier to read the time in the dark and in low light conditions. The dial is protected by a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, excellent durability and excellent readability in direct light.
The Orient RE-AU0601B00B comes on a five-link steel bracelet finished with a fold-over clasp with extension. A black silicone strap is also included. With a case diameter of 41mm, the watch wears very well and fits most men's wrists. The water resistance of this model is 200 m and it is certified by ISO 6425 - diving watch standard.
