The Orient Star RE-AV0127L is a limited edition watch belonging to the Contemporary series. The model offers a simple dial with a transparent view and an elegant design that makes the watch a suitable accessory for a shirt or jacket. However, you will also appreciate its features during everyday wear.

The light blue dial of the limited edition is inspired by the winter landscape, reminiscent of the crisp air of a snowy landscape. Blue is also the colour of the sky and the sea, which connect the world and represent the brand's wish for its watches to be worn by people all over the world. A total of three models were produced in this special version. All have blue dials with a sunburst effect, complemented by the rose-gold Orient Star logo, representing light snowflakes floating down from the sky.

The case of the OrientRE-AV0127L00Bis made of stainless steel and inside it we find the Orient F6F44 mechanical movement, which is equipped with an automatic winding and a power reserve of 50 hours. This movement also features a stopping of the second hand when the watch is set ( hacking) and an interesting complication is the winding reserve indicator at the 12 o'clock position. Many will be pleased to see the movement's flywheel at the 9 o'clock position, the so-called "open heart", and the off-centre seconds hand. The movement, operating at a frequency of 21,600 half-beats/hour, can be observed thanks to the transparent caseback.

The simple, perfectly clear blue dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. The details in the form of embossed indices at the hour positions, or the details of the case edges and the transitions of polished and brushed surfaces will delight you. Better legibility in low light conditions is ensured by the application of luminescence on the hands and hour points. The water resistance of this model is 100 m, so the watch does not need to be removed when showering or swimming. The watch comes on a practical steel bracelet with a fold-over clasp. The 41 mm case diameter makes the watch suitable for most men's wrists.
