The Orient RA-BA0003L, also known as the Multi-Year Calendar, is part of the Contemporary series and its multi-year calendar function makes it a great choice for everyday wear. The touch of retro, based on the original models, makes the watch a long-lasting favourite and interesting.

The redesigned version of Orient's popular multi-year calendar is powered by Orient' s own F6D22 movement with 21 jewels and a running frequency of 21,600 semi-frequencies per hour, manual winding and a hacking function (stopping the seconds hand when setting the time). It has a date display, traditionally placed at position 3.
The most interesting feature of the Orient RA-BA0003L10B, however, is the multi-year calendar function, which provides a display of the current calendar for a maximum of 23 years. Now, all settings are made via the crown at the 3 o'clock position, so the familiar button at the 2 o'clock position has disappeared from the case. After setting the current year and month (top of the dial), we can see the dates and days of the week of the current month on the bottom of the dial. For better clarity, the area of the dial has been enlarged and therefore the data displayed.

The dial, which is mainly dominated by the aforementioned multi-year calendar, is protected by a mineral crystal. The water resistance of this model is 50 m, suitable for accidental contact with water during hand washing, rain, and the occasional shower. The Orient RA-BA0003L watch comes on a steel bracelet with a fold-over clasp. The case diameter of 43.5 mm makes it a larger watch.
