The Orient Automatic Sun and Moon Ver. 3 RA-AK0011D belongs to the Orient Classic series and its elegant look is designed primarily for company, but it is also suitable for everyday wear.

The case of the Orient AK0011D is made of stainless steel and inside it we find the mechanical movement Orient F6B24 with automatic winding and a power reserve of 40 hours. This movement also features a stopping of the second hand when setting the watch (called hacking) and an interesting complication is the time of day display at the 5 o'clock position, with a disc showing a scene of the moon and sun. Also unusual is the day indicator in the sub-dial at the 10 o'clock position, and of course the date display at the half past seven position. The movement, operating at a frequency of 21,600 half-beats/hour, can be observed thanks to the transparent dial.

The sophisticated, perfectly clear dial, complemented by fine leaf hands, is protected by a sapphire crystal with high scratch resistance. The water resistance of this model is 50 m, so the watch can easily withstand normal contact with water, such as rain, hand washing. The elegance of the watch is enhanced by the supplied leather strap with a crocodile pattern. The case diameter of 42.5 mm makes this model one of the larger watches.
