A unique design that is not subject to any stereotypes. This is how we could describe the Nivada Grenchen watch from the Antarctic collection. The models from the Antarctic reissue boast a high-quality Swiss movement, modern elements and a choice between several strap options.
The story of this reissue began when Guillaume Laidet discovered the original Super Antarctic Black & Orange at Cenic, a vintage watch shop based in Grenchen, Switzerland - the birthplace of Nivada Grenchen.
Hidden amongst historical treasures, this rare model from the 1970s immediately stood out with its distinctive black and orange design.Fascinated by its originality and character, Guillaume acquired the watch and used it as inspiration for this modern reissue.
Powered by a Swiss automatic Soprod P024 calibre with a 38-hour power reserve, it combines vintage aesthetics with contemporary reliability.
Antarctic watches are a great choice for a variety of occasions. It will undoubtedly be an impressive accessory for its wearer, both for special events and everyday wear. In addition, the Spider model is available in combination with different types of straps.
