The case of the Mondaine MST.4161B.LC is made of stainless steel, and the watch stays on your wrist thanks to the high-quality red leather strap with silver thorn buckle.
The watch beats with the automatic Swiss Sellita SW200-1 movement, which has 26 stone settings and has a power reserve of up to 38 hours. The movement has a hacking function.
The very clear white dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, which is very resistant to scratches. The red seconds hand is an unmistakable symbol for the Mondaine brand. Both the hour and minute hands have a luminescent coating for better legibility even in twilight. Interestingly, the luminescence is on the underside of the hands.
Thewater resistance of the model is 50 m, which is enough for safe hand washing or light rain.
With a case diameter of 41 mm, it is classified as a medium-sized men's watch.
Mondaine has a long watchmaking tradition and the watch is synonymous with Swiss quality. It is handmade in a factory in Solothurn, Switzerland.
