Write us your idea

1. What we should engrave:
   - the amount of text depends on the product;
   - some watch faces can fit up to 20 characters of text, other parts of the watch and pen only have a monogram, possibly a name, or a date;
   - images and other graphics must be consulted first.
2. Where you wish to place the engraving:
   - engraving is only possible on metal parts of watches and pens,
   - most often it is done on a pumpkin / case / clasp, or lid / crown
3. What font: 
   - we use these fonts (image with samples).

Example entry "1: For the best dad. 2: on the bottom of the watch, 3: Arial. Please suggest."

Work progress

• After ordering, we will contact you to clarify your specifications.
• We will send you a draft of the engraving itself.
• After approval and payment, we will carry out the engraving.

Deadline and payment in advance

• Engraving usually takes 1-2 days from approval, depending on current workload, which may delay the order a little. If you are in a hurry, please let us know in the order notes.
• For engraving (personalized product), payment is required in advance and the goods cannot be returned by withdrawing from the purchase contract or exchanged.
