Swiss Maurice Lacroix Aikon #tide FIBA 3X3 Edition AI2008-20YZ0-200-0 watches are distinguished by the unusual and typical shape of the case. The #tide models are characterized by different color designs, universal size and manufacture from composite material.
This model refers to the partnership with the FIBA 3X3 World Tour, which is Maurice Lacroix's official timekeeper for 2022.
The Maurice Lacroix Aikon #tide FIBA 3X3 Edition AI2008-20YZ0-200-0 watch has a case made of composite material. This is upcycled plastic, combined with fiberglass, which is obtained from plastic waste in the oceans. The resulting composite material is twice as hard as standard plastic, five times more durable and has a significantly smaller carbon footprint. It takes 17 bottles to produce one watch model and its packaging, made up 100% of #tide ocean material®.
The watch is powered by a Swiss battery-powered Ronda 515 movement. The movement features a date display, which can be found at 3 o'clock.
Theblack dial with 3X3 pattern is protected by a sapphire crystal, which is maximally scratch-resistant. Readability in darkness and low-light conditions is then made possible by the SuperLuminova luminescence on the hands and main indexes. The water resistance of this model is 100m, so it can handle even greater contact with water, such as swimming. The high water resistance is supported by a screw-down crown.

The Swiss brand Maurice Lacroix is relatively young, it was founded in 1974, but today it is among the top brands.
