Men's Swiss Maurice Lacroix Chronograph Special Edition Mahindra Racing AI1018-TT031-130-2 watches are distinguished by the unusual and typical shape of the case. This model will attract especially fans of sportier watches, suitable for most occasions.
Mahindra Racing is a motorsport team based in Banbury, UK that competes with an Indian racing license. The team is currently competing in the FIA Formula E Electric Championship since the inaugural season in 2014. Like Maurice Lacroix, Mahindra Racing has a deep understanding of the mechanics and skills required to maximise performance and knows that every second counts. Both also share a passion for success and a concern for the planet and the environment.
The Maurice Lacroix Chronograph Special Edition Mahindra Racing AI1018-TT031-130-2 has a case made of titanium, which is complemented by a rubber strap with a thorn buckle. Inside it, a Swiss-made Ronda 3540.D battery movement with five jewels ticks reliably. In addition to the date display found at the six o'clock index, the watch also features a stopwatch function with the ability to measure up to 30 minutes. On the back cover of the watch we find the logo of the Mahindra racing team.
Thesilver dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating that is maximally scratch-resistant. The SuperLuminova luminescence, located on the hands, enables legibility in darkness and low-light conditions. The water resistance of this model is 100m, so it can handle even greater contact with water, such as swimming. The high water resistance is supported by a screw-in crown.
