Luminox unveils the new Navy SEAL 3550 series, which represents the next evolution of its most iconic collection to date. The new Luminox Navy SEAL 3550 Series XS.3553 was born out of decades of collaboration with the U.S. Navy SEALs and retains its rugged durability. However, it features a sleeker and more comfortable design that fits perfectly on wrists of all sizes.

The Navy SEAL 3550 Series has undergone a complete transformation. The redesigned 44 mm case, made from CARBONOX™ material, and the integrated rubber strap combine to create a slimmer, more elegant, and perfectly balanced profile on the wrist. The entire watch weighs just 71 grams. Brand-new features also contribute to the modern look: a better-protected crown, a unidirectional rotating bezel that is flush with the case, slimmer hands reminiscent of original Luminox models, and a strap with a coarser, rougher texture.

The collection’s military origins are proudly highlighted by the dial—the hour markers are rendered in the Liberator Sans Heavy font, which is the official typeface of the U.S. Navy. At its core, however, the new series remains an unmistakable Luminox that you can rely on. It features the functional design of classic field watches, including the signature turtle-shell-shaped case. Water-resistant to 200 meters, the watch is suitable even for deep-sea diving. Constant visibility in any lighting conditions for up to 25 years is guaranteed by 16 Luminox Light Technology (LLT) tubes. The case back features a commemorative Navy SEAL engraving.

This model continues a legacy that began in 1992, when Luminox, with the help of the Marines themselves, developed the Original Navy SEAL 3001. Originally designed to withstand the extreme rigors of underwater missions, night operations, and elite training, the watch quickly became a trusted companion for professionals in the harshest conditions. Even after more than three decades, this pioneering spirit defines the entire collection, while Luminox continues to support the Navy SEAL community through its ongoing partnership with the Navy SEAL Foundation.
