The German Laco Augsburg Grau 42 MB watch brings a new colour to the Pilot Basic series. At first glance, it impresses with its typical pilot design, which is characterized by its cleanliness and excellent clarity, making it very popular not only among watch fans.

Laco presents a new colour version of its classic pilot watches in the form of the Augsburg Grau and Aachen Grau models, with grey as the main colour. Thesilvery sheen of the brushed case follows the monochrome colour scheme and forms a harmonious whole with the matt dial. Especially in today's hectic times, we often long for peace and relaxation and like to resort to simple and plain things. Minimalism and monochromatic colours have a calming and relaxing effect. Monochrome patterns, represented most often by neutral white, black and just grey, are timeless and it is no coincidence that in the fashion world greyis often referred to as the new black, as it is not so contrasting and is the ideal complement to many colours. For only the second time in the Pilot Basic range, the models in the Grau collection come with thermally blued hands.

The steel case of the Laco Flieger Augsburg Grau 42 MB is complemented by a link steel bracelet. It is powered by a mechanical movement with Laco 2S self-winding movement ( Miyota 82S0 base), offering a power reserve of around 42 hours, a stop-seconds function when setting the time (hacking) and the option of manual winding. Many will enjoy the possibility of observing the movement through a transparent case back with a sapphire crystal. The water resistance of this watch is 50 m (5 ATM). The diameter of the case is 42 mm, the length (lug-to-lug) is 50 mm, so the watch fits well on most men's wrists.

The classic hallmarks of the Laco Augsburg Grau 42 MB watch, inspired by aviation style, include distinctive and easy-to-read hands and indices at the hour positions, a distinctive crown that is easy to operate even with gloves. The perfectly clear A-type dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Luminescence on the hands, numerals and indices ensures better legibility in low-light conditions. The watch hands are only the second time (after the Laco Polar models) in this series to be thermally blued.
