The German Laco Augsburg 42 MB watch impresses at first glance with its typical pilot design, which is characterized by cleanliness and excellent clarity, making it very popular not only among watch fans.
The steel case of the Laco Flieger Augsburg 42 MB is complemented by a sectional steel bracelet. It is powered by a mechanical movement with automatic winding Laco 21 (base Miyota 821A), offering a power reserve of around 42 hours, a stop-seconds function when setting the time (hacking) and the possibility of manual winding. Many will enjoy the possibility of observing the movement through a transparent caseback with a sapphire crystal. The water resistance of this watch is 50 m (5 ATM), so it can handle swimming. The case diameter is 42 mm, the length (lug-to-lug) is 50 mm, so the watch fits well on most men's wrists.
The classic hallmarks of the Laco Augsburg 42 MB watch, inspired by pilot style, include distinctive and easy-to-read hands and indices at the hour positions, a distinctive crown that is easy to operate even with gloves. The perfectly clear A-type dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Luminescence on the hands, numerals and indices ensures better legibility in low light conditions.
