German Laco Aachen 42.PR watches impress at first glance with their typical pilot design, which is characterized by cleanliness and great clarity, making them very popular not only among watch fans.
The steel case of the Laco Flieger Aachen 42.PR is complemented by a brown leather strap with contrasting white stitching and distinctive rivets. It is powered by a mechanical movement with Laco 31 automatic winding ( Miyota 8315 base), offering a power reserve of around 60 hours, a stop-seconds function when setting the time(hacking) and the option of manual winding. Many will enjoy the possibility of observing the movement through a transparent dial fitted with a sapphire crystal. The water resistance of this watch is 50 m ( 5 ATM). The diameter of the case is 42 mm, the length (lug-to-lug) is 50 mm, so the watch fits well on most men's wrists.
The classic hallmarks of the Laco Aachen 42.PR watch, inspired by aviation style, include distinctive and easy-to-read hands and indices at the hour positions, a distinctive bulbous crown that is easy to operate even with gloves. The perfectly clear B dial is protected by a high-scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The B-Uhr type B dial features a minute scale printed around the perimeter of the dial, with an arrow at the 12 o'clock position for quick orientation for aviators and an hour scale printed on the inner circle. The luminescence on the hands, numerals and indices provides better legibility in low light conditions.
