The German Junghans Spectrum Mega Solar 18/1527.00 from the Performance series has a combined analogue and digital dial, where simplicity and clarity prevail at first glance.
The Junghans Spectrum Mega Solar 18/1527.00 is equipped with a solar-powered in-house J615.84 movement with radio signal reception function. It can adjust the time automatically every day on three continents. Europe, Asia and North America. So you can rely on the maximum accuracy of your watch in this territory. Thanks to the solar power, the watch is a relatively carefree affair for the user for a long time with many added features. The running reserve on a full charge is up to 21 months. After 72 hours, when the watch is left out of the light, it goes into sleep mode to save the stored energy. In addition, Junghans is one of the pioneers in the production of solar and radio-controlled watches. It boasts the distinction of having produced the world's first radio-controlled wristwatch in 1990!
The Junghans 18/1527.00 model is also equipped with an automatic calendar function or a function to switch between summer and winter time thanks to the possibility of receiving a radio signal. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, which is extremely scratch-resistant. The 41.6 mm case is made of stainless steel and ceramic and is completed with a rubber strap. With a water resistance of 10 ATM (100 meters), the watch can withstand contact with water such as swimming.
