The German Junghans Meister Pilot 027/3591.00 from the Meister series is a reincarnation of the legendary Junghans watches that were supplied to German Bundeswehr pilots after 1955. It is still in production today, virtually unchanged in design.
The Junghans Meister Pilot 027/3591.00 is equipped with the J880.4 self-winding movement, which is based on the Swiss ETA 2824 variant with the Dubois Depraz 2030 module. The manufacturer incorporates it into the watch in an Elaboré finish with increased shock protection (Incabloc) and a tuned maximum daily deviation of +/- 14 seconds. The power reserve is up to 38 hours. Among the watch functions, it also offers a stopwatch.
The dial, dominated by distinctive numerals, isprotected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. An added value is the anti-reflective coating on both the inside and outside of the glass. The lens is reversible. Water resistance is 100 metres (10 ATM) - so you can swim with the watch without worry.
