The German Junghans Form A Chronoscope 27/4371.01 from the Form series combines classic watchmaking with a modern look. Not only its timeless design makes it a great partner for every occasion. This model carries with it the spirit of New York, which is particularly evident on the sapphire crystal dial with the "Times Square" motif by British artist Richard Macneil.

The Junghans Form A Chronoscope 27/4371.01 is equipped with a mechanical movement J880.1 with automatic winding, which is based on the well-known Swiss variant of the Sellita SW500. The manufacturer incorporates it into the watch in an Elaboré finish with increased shock protection (Incabloc), tuned maximum daily deviation to +/- 14 seconds, or the Junghans logo on the rotor. The power reserve is up to 56 hours. In terms of watchmaking functions, the movement offers a stopwatch, a date display and a day-of-the-week display. For the stopwatch, there is a central seconds hand, the minute counter is located at the twelve o'clock position, while the hour counter is at the 6 o'clock position.

The dial of the watch is protected by a sapphire crystal, which is maximally scratch-resistant. The double-sided anti-reflective coating guarantees excellent legibility even in direct sunlight. The 42 mm case is made of stainless steel with PVD finish. It is water resistant to 50 meters (5ATM) - so it can withstand minor contact with water, which can be likened to washing hands or taking a shower.
