Launched in 1957, the original Ventura made watchmaking history as the world's first battery-powered electric watch. With its bold and distinctive design, the model quickly became an icon and a collector's piece. The latest incarnation of the Ventura is a faithful homage to the original and reflects the pioneering celebration of mid-century modern shield-shaped design.
The women's Hamilton Ventura Black & Gold S Quartz H24201730 watch offers a novel design that makes it a suitable accessory for both a social event and a drink with friends. Their timelessness makes them the perfect accessory for every day.
The detailed dial is protected by a mineral glass and features a total of 13 diamonds. The watch case is made of stainless steel with a black PVD finish, and the watch stays on the hand thanks to a well-crafted black leather strap with a butterfly clasp.
The watch is powered by an ETA F03.105 Swiss quartz movement. The steel shield-shaped case, designed by Richard Arbib for Hamilton in 1957, is the unmistakable and main feature.
The water resistance of the watch is 50 m (5 ATM), so it can handle basic contact with water, such as rain or a shower.
