In the 1950s, blue jeans became part of the new youth uniform. It was the first time teenagers did not dress like their parents, and denim quickly became a symbol of rebellion. Today, denim has become part of our everyday wardrobes, but to celebrate its 60th anniversary, Ventura used denim as a symbol of rule-breaking and rebellion.
The Hamilton Ventura Quartz H24411941 men's watch offers a novel design that makes it a suitable addition to a shirt or suit. However, its timelessness makes it an ideal accessory for every day.
The detailed dial is protected by a mineral glass. The watch case is made of stainless steel and the watch stays on the hand thanks to a well-crafted textile strap with a silver thorn buckle.
The watch is powered by a Swiss quartz movement ETA F05.111. The steel shield-shaped case, designed by Richard Arbib for Hamilton in 1957, is the unmistakable and main feature. On the denim-patterned dial, the central electro-curve running between the dot indices 3 and 9 stands out.
The water resistance of the watch is 50 m (5 ATM), so it can handle basic contact with water, such as rain or a shower.
