Launched in 1957, the original Ventura made watchmaking history as the world's first battery-powered electric watch. With its bold and distinctive design, the model quickly became an icon and a collector's item. The latest incarnation of the Ventura is a faithful homage to the original and reflects the pioneering celebration of mid-century modern design in the shape of a shield.
The Hamilton Ventura Quartz H24301131 Women's Watch offers a novel design that makes it an appropriate accessory for a social event or a drink with friends. Its timelessness makes it the perfect accessory for every day.
The detailed dial is protected by a mineral glass. The watch case is made of stainless steel with a PVD finish in yellow gold and the watch stays on the hand thanks to a well-crafted flexible steel bracelet in a colour matching the case.
The watch is powered by an ETA F05.111 Swiss quartz movement. The steel shield-shaped case, designed by Richard Arbib for Hamilton in 1957, is the unmistakable and main feature.
The water resistance of the watch is 50 m (5 ATM), so it can handle basic contact with water, such as rain or a shower.
The original steel bracelet on this model is marked H6052431001.
