The Khaki Aviation Pilot Auto models are perfect for true aviation enthusiasts, evoking the spirit of exploration and adventure. Now also available in a 36 mm version to match the current trend for smaller watches. The more compact designs meet precision standards for the cockpit, suited to life in the sky as well as on the ground in company.
The Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Auto H76245840 will particularly appeal to aviation style enthusiasts. The Khaki Aviation collection is designed with pilots in mind and built for a life of adventure.
Inside the case, the Swiss mechanical movement H-10 (built on the ETA C07.611 built on the ETA 2824-2) ticks reliably with automatic winding. It operates at a frequency of 21,600 semi-frequencies per hour and features 25 jewels and, most importantly, an extended power reserve of 80 hours. The operation of the machine can be observed through a transparent dial. The movement also has a"hacking" function (stopping the second hand when ordered) and the possibility of manual winding with the crown.
The flywheel of this movement is made of Nivachron alloy, which is more resistant to magnetic fields and temperature changes and results in better watch accuracy.
The watch's steel case with a rose gold PVD finish is followed by a well-crafted pink leather strap with a thorn buckle that matches the case.
The model stands out for its excellent legibility and easy clarity, which is required for aviation watches. The midnight dial in dark blue is protected by a sapphire crystal. The sapphire crystal is a great advantage in watches as it is almost impossible to scratch. The anti-reflective layer guarantees great legibility even in the harsh sunlight.
The hands and indices are coated with a luminescent layer, which guarantees longer luminosity and better legibility even in low light conditions.
The case diameter of 36 mm makes the model a unisex piece, suitable for both gentlemen with thinner wrists and ladies. The water resistance of the watch is 100 m (10 ATM), so it can handle even greater contact with water, such as swimming.
