The brand-new Hamilton American Classic Cushion Mechanical 30mm H36109710 from the American Classic series celebrates exactly 100 years since its original debut in 1926 and masterfully blends Hamilton’s historical heritage with the bold geometry of the Art Deco era. The silvery-white dial is framed by Roman numerals and a railway-style minute track, with its elegance complemented by a separate aperture for the off-center seconds hand. Combined with a silver case and a black leather strap, the result is a sophisticated accessory that brings distinctive vintage charm to everyday wear.
The entire American Classic collection is built on timeless American design and precision craftsmanship, with this model offering authentic historical proportions adapted for the modern era. With a case diameter of 30 mm, a case height of just 8.1 mm, and a lug-to-lug width of 34 mm, it is an exceptionally elegant and perfectly fitting watch, ideal for a woman’s wrist.
At the heart of the watch is the slim yet powerful Hamilton H-42 Swiss mechanical movement with manual winding, based on the proven ETA 7001 caliber. The movement boasts an exceptional power reserve of up to 57 hours, and its precise operation and aesthetic craftsmanship can be observed through the transparent case back.
The balance spring is made of an advanced Nivachron alloy, which offers exceptional resistance to magnetic fields and temperature fluctuations, ensuring even greater accuracy and reliability of the watch in everyday use.
The front of the dial is protected by a durable sapphire crystal that is virtually scratch-resistant, and the integrated anti-reflective coating ensures perfect readability even in direct sunlight. For excellent readability in low-light conditions, the hands are coated with high-quality Super-LumiNova luminescent material.
The cushion-shaped steel case is perfectly complemented by an elegant 16-mm-wide black leather strap.
Water resistance of 5 bar (50 m) ensures reliable protection during everyday contact with water, such as washing hands or getting caught in the rain.
