The Davosa Ternos Ceramic GMT 161.590.09 men's watch belongs to the Diving series and offers a very attractive diver's watch look. It features a highly durable construction and excellent legibility. Thanks to its features, however, it will serve excellently not only for diving, but also for everyday wear.
The case of the Davosa Ternos Ceramic GMT 161.590.09 is made of stainless steel and houses the DAV 3032 mechanical movement (based on the Sellita SW330 movement) with automatic winding. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour (4Hz) and has a GMT function - that is, a second time zone indicator in the form of a fourth hand. The date indicator at the traditional position 3, highlighted by a magnifying glass on the slide - the so-called "cyclops" - is also practical. The clear dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, so you don't have to worry about any scratches. Readability in direct sunlight is ensured by the anti-reflective layer. The SuperLuminova luminescence on the hands and indexes ensures clarity in the dark.
The water resistance of this model is 200 m (20 ATM), so it can handle even greater contact with water, including diving. This high water resistance is supported by a screw-down crown. The watch is held on the wrist by a sturdy steel bracelet. Time periods can be measured thanks to the unidirectional rotatable ceramic diving lunette.
