The Davosa Ternos Automatic 161.550.50 men's watchbelongs to the Diving series and offers a very attractive diver's watch look. It is characterized by a very durable construction and excellent legibility. However, thanks to its features, it will serve excellently not only for diving but also for everyday wear.
The case of the Davosa Ternos Automatic 161.550.50 is made of stainless steel and houses the mechanical movement DAV 3021 (based on the ETA 2824 or Sellita SW200-1) with automatic winding. It operates at a frequency of 28800 semi-frequencies per hour (4Hz) and has a date display at the traditional position 3. The clear dial is rendered in a diver style and protected by a sapphire crystal, so you don't have to worry about any scratches. Clarity in the dark is ensured by the luminescence of the SuperLuminova BGW9.
The water resistance of this model is 200 m ( 20 ATM), so it can handle almost any contact with water, including diving. This high water resistance is supported by a screw-down crown. The watch is held on the wrist by a sturdy steel bracelet, and time can be measured thanks to the unidirectional rotating diving lunette, which is made of high-tech ceramic that is extremely scratch-resistant with a hardness (according to Vickers) of 1250 HV. It's also heat and corrosion resistant and the high gloss finish makes it pleasant to the touch.
