The Citizen Series 8 831 Automatic NB6050-51E watch has a case and bracelet made of stainless steel. Inside the case is the Citizen 9051 in-house mechanical movement with automatic winding, which was first used by Citizen in 2021. This movement operates at a modern frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour (4Hz) and has 24 stone fits. It also features a "Hacking" function, i.e. stopping the second hand when the watch is regulated, and the option of manual winding with the crown.
