The Certina DS-8 C033.851.21.097.00 is a new watch for 2020. It wins its owners over with its elegant look, attractive silver design and precise workmanship...
Certina C033.851.21.097.00 watches belonging to the DS 8 model series feature a date display and 10 ATM water resistance - suitable for regular swimming. The simple and clear dial is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, which is resistant to any scratches. The watch case is made of stainless steel and the watch is held on the wrist by a steel bracelet. The edges of the lunette and the crown are finished in PVD. The case diameter of 41.5 mm fits most men's wrists.
The COSC-certified Swiss ETA F07.412 Precidrive movement guarantees running accuracy with a maximum deviation of +-10 seconds per year and an incredible +-0.07 seconds per day, plus it has a low battery indication. Watches with this certificate carry the Chronometer designation.
Like all Certina watches, it is equipped with the unique DS technology (Double Security System), which increases the durability, shock resistance and water resistance reliability of the watch (1. reinforced sapphire crystal, 2. seal on the crown shaft, 3. double seal on the crown, 4. special back cap seal, 5. reinforced back cap).
