Casio G-Shock GST-W1000D-3AER expands the G-Steel range with a model that continues the tradition of durable G-Shock models whilst taking it in a modern, minimalist direction. High durability is supported by the proven Carbon Core Guard construction and the model's advantages also include a radio-controlled and solar-powered movement and the ability to connect the watch to your phone via Bluetooth.

The watch impresses with its sharply shaped case, clean bezel line, which is now without a logo to achieve a maximally modern expression, and last but not least, the treatment of the steel surface combining fine brushing with polishing, highlighting the shape of both the case and bracelet. The design follows the original G-Shock philosophy, which is based on simplicity and functionality.

Casio G-Shock GST W1000D-3A has a clear analogue dial that displays the date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm and other functions that you'll use during sports and everyday wear. The dial features only three sub-dials. At the 3 o'clock position is a 24-hour time display, at 6 o'clock a sub-dial showing the current day in basic mode, charge level, or selected mode, and finally the sub-dial at 9 o'clock is a second time zone indicator, or values when using the stopwatch and countdown. The dial is protected by a sapphire anti-reflective crystal.
Better legibility in poor lighting conditions is ensured by the application of luminescence on the hands and indices, in addition to which the watch is also equipped with LED illumination of the display.

The high durability of the case is ensured by a combination of a metal shell and Carbon Core Guard construction. The inner case is made of resin and reinforced and strengthened with carbon fibres. This combination allows for a more compact and lighter whole. The watch case is complemented by a steel bracelet finished with a fold-over clasp with side opening.

The case diameter of 45.5 mm places the Casio G-Steel GST-W1000D-3AER amongst large watches. Water resistance of 200 m allows for trouble-free swimming and use during various demanding activities.

A great advantage of the watch is the use of the new generation TOUGH MVT.2 movement, which is solar-powered and radio-controlled and allows synchronisation via Bluetooth. Thanks to this, the watch automatically adjusts the time according to the radio signal or connected phone.
In addition, it offers an automatic hand position correction function. It can detect strong impacts and automatically correct any deviation of the hands, as well as recognise a strong magnetic field and restore the correct hand position after it subsides.
The battery is charged by natural and artificial light and its lifespan is around 7 - 10 years.

After connecting the watch to your phone via the CASIO WATCHES app, you can easily synchronise the time, set the world time (by selecting 1 of more than 300 cities), alarm, countdowns, etc.
