The Casio AQ-800EST-1AER Stranger Things Collaboration from the Vintage Collection comes in a unique edition created in collaboration with Netflix's iconic Stranger Things series, which enters its final season 5 this year. This model is based on the popular AQ-800 retro concept, but its look and details reference the two worlds of the series.
The dial is adorned with a motif of twisted lianas, reminiscent of the progressing influence of Vecna. The metallic applied numerals at the hour positions are rendered in the characteristic Stranger Things font and add a dramatic character to the watch. The dial is decorated with the Stranger Things logo, while the bracelet clasp bears the number "001", referring to the tattoo worn by Vecna.
The Casio AQ 800EST-1A also has a digital display that shows the second time, date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm in addition to the analogue time display. The calendar is fully automatic on the watch, so you don't have to worry about adjusting it over time. The resin case of the watch is complemented by a steel bracelet, which is popular not only for its design but also for its easy length adjustment. The case and bracelet are finished in silver.
The black dial is protected by a plastic glass. The case diameter of 32.1 x 40.7 mm makes it a medium-sized watch. The water resistance of this model is 30 m - suitable at most for accidental contact with water during hand washing and rain. Not only the appearance, but also the size predestines this model for both gentlemen and ladies.
The watch comes in a special package with Demogorgon and liana motifs, capturing the terrifying forces the characters face throughout the series.
