The Biatec Marine 02 watch belongs to the Marine collection of yacht watches. It impresses especially with its clear dial design and large crown.
The Biatec Marine 02 is powered by a Swiss mechanical movement with automatic winding Sellita SW200-1. This 26-stone movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-beats per hour (4Hz) and has a winding power reserve of a classic 38 hours. The watch case is made of stainless steel with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces and a PVD finish in pink gold. The distinctive feature of the watch is the large diamond-shaped crown with the Biatec logo. An interesting feature is the design of the back cover, where a silver coin with the motif of an anchor with a rope in the water can be seen through the surface of the sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective layer. The diameter of the case is a pleasant 40 mm, the length (lug-to-lug) is 48 mm, so the watch fits well on most men's wrists.
The perfectly clear silver-coloured dial with polished hands is protected by a sapphire crystal that is maximally scratch-resistant. Readability in bright light is ensured by a double-sided anti-reflective coating. The water resistance of this watch is 100 m (10 ATM), so it can handle water contact such as showers, rain and swimming. The watch is held on the wrist by a black calf leather strap with black stitching.
