The Biatec Leviathan 01 F watch belongs to the Leviathan collection of dive watches. It impresses especially with its unique sporty design.
The watch is powered by a Swiss automatic movement Sellita SW200-1. This movement with 26 jewels operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour (4Hz) and has a winding reserve of 41 hours.
The watch case, as well as the bracelet, is made of stainless steel with NanTec technology. Thanks to this technology, the Biatec Leviathan watch can withstand even rough handling, as there is a fine nano-layer on the case that is extremely resistant to common scratches. This technology ensures that your watch remains shiny even after several years of use.
Of course, there is a unidirectional rotating sapphire lunette with Super-LumiNova C1 luminescence, a screw-down crown with the Biatec logo and a back cap. The case diameter is a pleasant 40 mm, the length (lug-to-lug) is 43.5 mm, so the watch fits well on most men's wrists.
The perfectly clear, black lacquered dial is protected by a 2.8 millimetre thick sapphire crystal, which is extremely scratch-resistant. A double-sided anti-reflective coating ensures legibility in bright light. In darkness and low light conditions, the Super-LumiNova® luminescence on the hands and 3D indices is useful. The water resistance of this watch is 300 m ( 30 ATM), so it can easily handle deep-sea diving.

The word "Biatec" (or "Biatex") probably comes from the name of a monarch who began to appear on old Celtic coins minted in what is now Bratislava in the first century BC.
