The Biatec Heritage 01 model will attract all lovers of vintage style at first sight. This is a watch from a Slovak manufacturer whose idea was to produce a watch that will refer to its historical predecessors, but at the same time will live up to today's standards and contemporary modern design.
Thanks to the diameter of the case of 38 mm (without the crown), the watch is one of the smaller models, which makes it suitable for small women's wrists. The black lacquered dial with applied hour numerals and unique date hand is protected by a double convex sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, which is characterized by high scratch resistance.
The model also boasts a completely unique case made of high-quality 316L stainless steel with design holes in the lugs.
Inside the watch works a high-quality Swiss movement with automatic winding Sellita SW221-1 PREMIUM. This 26-stone movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour (4Hz) with a winding power reserve of 41 hours.
The watch is complemented by a high-quality genuine alligator leather strap with black stitching and a quick release system.

The word "Biatec" (or "Biatex") probably comes from the name of a monarch who began to appear on old Celtic coins minted in what is now Bratislava in the first century BC. It is also the name used to describe the coins themselves. Today, this name is carried by a young Slovak watch brand, which hereby refers to a strong connection with the Slovak national heritage.
