Baume & Mercier Clifton Baumatic 10583 Perpetual Calendar brings the elegant and timeless design of the Clifton range enriched with the royal complication of a perpetual calendar. The clear dial retains a very clean design even in this case. The model is a great choice when choosing an unusual elegant men's watch suitable for everyday use.

Baume & Mercier Clifton M0A10583 model combines precision, luxury, craftsmanship and elegance. It has a white dial reminiscent of porcelain. The alpha hands and the sculpted rose gold needle indexes at the hour positions ensure clarity.
The watch is powered by the in-house mechanical movement Baumatic BM13-1975AC2 with an impressive power reserve of 120 hours. The self-winding movement with a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour offers a crown winding option, a stop-seconds function when setting the time (hacking) and, more interestingly, a perpetual calendar function. In this case, it displays the current date, day of the week, month or leap year and of course takes into account the length of the months without the need for correction up to 2100 (which is the year of the leap year anomaly). The calendar data is also complemented by a moon phase indicator at 6 o'clock, whose sky-blue treasure with a gilded moon particularly stands out against the white dial. The calendar and moon phase are operated by means of correction buttons hidden in the sides of the case. The machine delights with its precision of operation ranging from just -4 to +6 s/day.

The unmistakable dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with high scratch resistance. It is also anti-reflective, ensuring excellent legibility even in direct sunlight. Sapphire has also been used for the caseback, through which the operation of the ornate in-house mechanical movement can be observed.

The detailed case of the watch in warm tones is made of 18k rose gold. It is complemented by a black alligator leather strap finished with a thorn buckle. A nice detail is the slightly shaped end cap, thanks to which the strap extends down to the case. The strap is equipped with a quick-release system, making it very easy to change without tools.

The water resistance of this model is 50 m. The diameter of the case is 42 mm, so the watch fits perfectly on most men's wrists. The watch will please the possibility of extending the manufacturer's warranty from the classic 2 years up to 8 years.
