Who doesn't know the bestseller 'Crazy Eyes'? There are two models that didn't make it into the regular collection. Alexander Shorokhoff presents the Crazy Eyes Special in a limited edition of only 2 pieces each.
The pinkishly large 'eyes', which are artistically crafted in different colours, form the main concept of the 'Crazy Eyes Special' composition. They are slightly raised from the dial and convey a sense of joy, excitement and agility; almost dancing on the stage of the shiny dial. The side seconds and minute hands are also designed in the shape of cheerful, multi-coloured 'eyes.' In contrast, the hour markers have monochrome small 'eyes' gilded in yellow gold.
The remaining elements of the dial complete the whole composition with their unique shapes and colours, which were not so easy to assemble in the beginning. The dial consists of multiple layers, many different applications and different materials such as mother-of-pearl, brass, luminous components and different colours. But everything harmonizes in the end a cheerful and positive emotion.
The number 60 remains where it belongs in all Alexander Shorokhof watches, symbolizing 60 minutes on the hour and the groundbreaking era of art in the 1960s. Combined with the avant-garde, whimsical face, the matching extra-soft black calfskin strap with an engraved solid stainless steel buckle was used at the time. The strap is coated on the sides with a different colour for each version, perfectly matching the colours of the hour and minute hands.
At the heart of the watch is the highly reliable Poljot calibre 3133, which is partly hand-engraved and refined in the Alexander Shorokhoff watchmaking workshop . This chronograph also features a stopwatch with a totalizer function, which can be activated by the top push button. The bottom button resets the seconds hand to its original position.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
The brand will present itself to us in three main model lines: Avantgarde, Heritage and Vintage.
