For the first time ever,Alexander Shorokhoff presents a chronograph with a Big Date function. The new Big Date Chrono model displays the date via two separate larger numerals located directly at 12 o'clock.
Unlike traditional date displays, which contain only one single digit, the Big Date Chrono allows the date to be accurately displayed in two windows and displays numbers from 01 to 31. This larger display not only increases functionality, but also adds a unique aesthetic and a sportier touch to the watch.
The overall design of the new model is not only avant-garde but also sporty. The mechanics of the Big Date Chrono watch require a sophisticated movement that synchronizes and accurately shifts the two numerals. The Alexander Shorokhoff watch manufactory uses the reliable Swiss automatic chronograph movement Dubois-Dépraz DD4500. In addition, it has a power reserve of 42 hours, which is complemented by a hand-engraved rotor. The two sub-dials at the 3 and 9 positions are complemented by sporty square numerals and distinctive hands, emphasizing the modern aesthetic of the watch.
The Big Date Chrono watch not only offers practical legibility and functionality, but also visually appeals to watch lovers. Collectors will appreciate the exclusivity of this limited edition, of which only 30 pieces are available worldwide.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the strap colour. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
The brand will present itself to us in three main model lines: Avantgarde, Heritage and Vintage.
