The Vostok Europe Expediton North Pole-1 Chrono Line 6S21-595A642 from the Expediton North Pole-1 model series refers to the first Soviet floating station on an ice floe. The station was in operation for nine months (274 days). The Kra, on which the station was located, covered 2,850 km (1,000 mi) during this time and reached the east coast of Greenland.
The case of the Vostok Europe Expediton North Pole-1 Chrono Line 6S21-595A642 is made of 316L stainless steel. Inside is a Japanese Miyota 6S21 battery-powered movement. At the traditional position 3 we find a practical date display and an off-centre seconds hand. The watch also has a stopwatch function, with the central hand belonging to the stopwatch along with the minute counter at position 9.
The dial is protected by a K1 mineral tempered glass with anti-reflective treatment. The hands and indices are coated with Superluminova luminescent coating. The 47.3 mm case diameter makes it an ideal choice for fans of larger watches.
