The Vostok Europe Expediton North Pole-1 Automatic Line YN55-595A639 men's watch from the Expediton North Pole-1 model series refers to the first Soviet floating station on an ice floe. The station was in operation for nine months (274 days). The Kra, on which the station was located, covered 2,850 km (1,000 mi) during this time and reached the east coast of Greenland.
The case of the Vostok Europe Expediton North Pole-1 Automatic Line YN55-595A639 is made of 316L stainless steel. Inside is a Japanese S.Epson YN55 automatic movement with automatic winding and manual winding options. The movement is set with 22 jewels and has a power reserve of 40 hours. At position 4,5 we find a handy date indicator.
The dial is protected by a mineral tempered K1 glass with anti-reflective treatment. The hands and indices are coated with Superluminova luminescent coating. The 47.3 mm case diameter makes it an ideal choice for fans of larger watches.
