The Vostok Europe Expedition North Pole Pulsometer Automatic Line YN55-597A729S from the Expediton North Pole-1 model series refers to the first Soviet floating station on an ice floe. The station was in operation for nine months (274 days). The Kra, on which the station was located, covered 2,850 km (1,000 mi) during this time and reached the east coast of Greenland.
The case of the Vostok Europe Pulsometer Automatic Line YN55-597A729S is made of 316L stainless steelInside is a Japanese automatic movement S. EPSON YN55 with automatic winding and manual winding options. The movement is set with 22 jewels and has a power reserve of 40 hours. The Pulsometer Automatic models provide practical functions for checking basic health parameters - pulse and respiratory rate. The pulsometer scale is shown on a unidirectional rotating lunette.
The dial is protected by K1 mineral tempered glass with an internal anti-reflective coating. Hands and indices are coated with Superluminova luminescent coating. The 47.3 mm case diameter makes it an ideal choice for fans of larger watches. The watch comes on a silicone strap with a replacement strap with a quick-change function.
The water resistance of the Pulsometer Automatic Line YN55-597A729D is set at 20 ATM and is supported by a screw-down crown.
