The Orient Sports Solar RA-TX0207R takes the style of one of Orient's most popular lines and adds a handy solar-powered chronograph. The watch is part of the Sport range and offers an attractive sporty look inspired by diving watches, but its size and features make it suitable for leisure activities and everyday wear.
The red dial with sunburst effect and contrasting black sub-dials is protected by a sapphire crystal. The case of the Orient Sports Solar RA-TX0207R10B is made of stainless steel and houses the solar-powered Orient VS752 movement. In addition to the time display, it offers a date display function at the half past five position and a stopwatch with the ability to measure up to hourly intervals. The unidirectional rotating bezel serves to measure the time not only underwater, while the distinctive indices and luminescent hands ensure excellent legibility not only in daylight but also in low-light conditions.
The water resistance of the model is 200 m, so the watch can handle contact with water, including activities such as swimming. The screw-down crown and the caseback help to ensure all this. The Orient Sports Solar RA-TX0207R comes on a steel bracelet and is a larger watch thanks to the 42.8 mm case diameter. Still, it will suit most men's wrists. The advantage of the model is the solar-powered battery, in which the watch battery is powered by natural and artificial light, at the same time, due to its higher durability, it eliminates the need for regular 2 to 3 year replacement.
