The German Laco Augsburg Polar 39 is a limited edition watch limited to just 250 pieces. At first glance, it catches the eye with its atypical white dial and classic pilot design, which is characterised by its cleanliness and great clarity, making it very popular not only among watch fans.

Following the success of the larger models,Laco is also presenting a new distinctive design of its classic pilot's watches , the Augsburg Polar and Aachen Polar , in a 39 mm version. The watches catch the eye with their shimmering metal indexes on the white treasure. The fifth limited edition in the core collection of pilot-tuned watches is inspired by the freezing polar environment. The white dial, accompanied by the harmonious interplay of thermal blue hands and blue metallic glittering indices, brings the watch closer to the atmosphere of the Arctic. The bright reflections and the change in the colour of the indices from deep blue to azure depending on the incidence of light, recall the fascinating play of light between the dark polar sea and the glittering glaciers.

The steel case of the Laco Flieger Augsburg Polar 39 is complemented by a dark brown leather strap with contrasting light stitching and distinctive rivets. It is powered by a mechanical movement with Laco 2S self-winding movement (Miyota 82S0 base), offering a power reserve of around 42 hours, a stop-seconds function when setting the time (hacking) and the option of manual winding. Many will enjoy the possibility of observing the movement through a transparent caseback fitted with a sapphire crystal. The water resistance of this watch is 50 m (5 ATM). The diameter of the case is 39 mm, the length (lug-to-lug) is 46.5 mm, so the watch fits well on most men's wrists, but also many women's wrists.

The classic hallmarks of the Laco Augsburg Polar 39, inspired by aviation style, include distinctive and easy-to-read hands and indices at the hour positions, a large crown that is easy to operate even with gloves. The perfectly clear A-type dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Better legibility in low light conditions is ensured by the Superluminova C3 Blue Line luminescence on the hands, numerals and indices. The watch hands are thermal blue.
