The German Junghans Signatur Handaufzug Edition 160 27/9103.00 from the Meister series bears a legacy from the first half of the 20th century, as watches designed by Anton Ziegler were produced in a similar style between the 1930s and 1960s. Today, the watch returns to the range enhanced with modern technology! This model is made to celebrate the 160th anniversary of the brand's founding in a limited edition of just 160 pieces for the whole world.
The Junghans Signatur Handaufzug Edition 160 27/9103.00 has a case made of 18-Kt rose gold, which is complemented by a leather strap with a gold buckle. It is fitted with a J620 movement with purely manual winding, which is a gold-plated version of the original in-house J620 movement produced between 1966 and 1975. This magnificent movement, which is an example of honest watchmaking, can be seen through the sapphire crystal case. The power reserve is up to 45 hours. The retro Junghans logo on the dial provides the perfect illusion of old times.
The dial, which gives an elegant impression thanks to the subtly crafted hands, isprotected by a convex sapphire crystal that is extremely scratch-resistant. Thedouble-sidedanti-reflective coating ensures good legibility even in bright sunlight. Water resistance is 100 metres (10 ATM) - so it can withstand even greater contact with water, which can be compared to swimming, for example.
