The Junghans Max Bill Automatic 027/4007.04 watch is equipped with the automatically driven movement J800.1, which is based on the Swiss variant ETA 2824 with a run time reserve of up to 38 hours. It features a date display at the traditional position 3. The dial is inspired by the simplicity of the Bauhaus artistic style. The watch design was conceived for Junghans by Swiss architect, sculptor and designer Max Bill in the 1960s and has remained virtually unchanged since. It is protected by a convex plastic glass with special Sicralan protection. This provides increased protection of the glass against scratches, UV rays and at the same time ensures its greater shine. The 38 mm case will also be appreciated by lovers of smaller men's watches. The water resistance of this model is 30m, so it can handle minimal contact with water such as rain.
