With the rugged SOS satellite communicator Garmin inReach Mini 3 Plus 010-03387-10 featuring a colour touchscreen and integrated speaker and microphone, you can stay in contact with your loved ones. When you venture beyond satellite signal coverage during your adventures and have an active subscription, inReach Plus technology allows you to send long text messages, voice messages and photos.
Using the device's integrated speaker and microphone or a compatible paired phone with the Garmin Messenger™ app, you can send voice messages up to 30 seconds long even outside mobile signal coverage. You can also read transcriptions of voice messages on the colour screen.
Using the touchscreen keyboard, you can send text messages up to 1,600 characters long directly from the device. Or you can connect a compatible phone with the Garmin Messenger app and send text messages, emojis and reactions, or start a group chat.
When you pair the device with a compatible phone with the Garmin Messenger app, you can also send photos from your adventures. You can then view received photos directly on the device's colour display.
Explore new places with peace of mind, knowing you can activate interactive SOS messaging with the international 24/7 Garmin Response coordination centre, which will help you in an emergency. Your coordinates are sent along with the message, and you don't need to rely on mobile signal - messages are sent via the Iridium satellite network.
With an active inReach subscription, you can allow your family or friends to easily track your location during your journey. They'll receive information about your location including distance travelled, time and altitude. The device doesn't even need to point directly at the sky to capture the satellite signal.
With the Garmin Explore app on your phone, you can make full use of the available features. You can plan your route and follow the marked trail to your destination or back to the start.
Sync your inReach with the Garmin Explore website or mobile app on your compatible phone and back up waypoints, routes or plan navigation routes over detailed maps.
Control your inReach Mini 3 Plus using Garmin watches or other mobile devices and send and receive messages, start and stop tracking, or activate SOS.
Download the Garmin Messenger app to a compatible phone, pair it with your inReach Mini 3 Plus device and gain access to quick and easy messaging and continuous SOS functionality regardless of mobile signal coverage. The app also supports group messaging.
Connect your inReach with the Garmin Pilot app and send and receive messages in the cockpit, even in areas without mobile signal coverage. The app will use GPS location and location sharing from the inReach Mini 3 Plus device during flight.
