Included batteries allow measurements for up to 9 months. When depleted, they can be easily replaced.
When used correctly, the blood pressure monitor provides accurate blood pressure and heart rate values. You can perform one measurement or three consecutive measurements and use average values.
The compact and universal device features an integrated display where you can immediately see the measured values. The adjustable cuff can be used on arms with a circumference of 22 to 42 cm (9 to 17 inches). After use, it can be easily folded and stored.
You can use the Index BPM blood pressure monitor either standalone or upload the obtained data via Wi-Fi to your Garmin Connect account. In the Garmin Connect app on a compatible phone, you can then view the measured values, add notes, and track history and trends in combination with other statistics.
