When running indoors or on a treadmill, this heart rate sensor transmits pace and distance information to compatible Garmin watches via Bluetooth Low Energy technology, ensuring you have the necessary data wherever you train.
Even when out of watch range, the HRM-Pro Plus stores data during swimming and other activities, which it then sends to compatible Garmin watches after the training.
