The HRM 600 heart rate sensor transmits accurate heart rate and HRV data in real time to compatible Garmin watches and Edge® cycling computers, compatible fitness equipment, Tacx Training™ app and other applications.
Running dynamics values help you improve your running fitness. In addition to vertical oscillation and ground contact time and balance, you can also track stride speed loss1, which shows you how much you slow down when your foot hits the ground (requires compatible watch2).
During activities where a watch on your wrist gets in the way (such as team or combat sports), the HRM 600 sensor can record the workout and then sync data (such as heart rate, calories burned, speed, distance and more) directly to Garmin Connect3.
HRM 600 tracks daily metrics such as steps, heart rate, calories burned or minutes of intense activity, and syncs the data directly to the Garmin Connect app, which updates them across all your devices.
For indoor and treadmill running, the HRM 600 sensor sends pace and distance data to compatible watches2. And during swimming activities, HRM 600 stores heart rate data and sends it to compatible watches2 after saving the activity.
The indicator light shows whether the HRM 600 sensor is awake and ready to use, and alerts you to low battery. The button easily wakes up and pairs the sensor. HRM 600 is also durable and offers water resistance up to 5 ATM.
