The Frederique Constant Highlife Gents Manufacture Perpetual Calendar Automatic Limited Edition FC-775G4NH6B is part of the Highlife range and its versatile design makes it particularly suitable for everyday wear. However, it also serves well as a social accessory. The Highlife range is characterised by distinctive cases with integrated bracelets and straps. This model also belongs to the Manufacture line, which offers models with in-house movements made directly by Frederique Constant. This model was produced in a limited edition of just 235 pieces for the whole world.

The case of the Frederique Constant FC-775G4NH6B is made of stainless steel, as is its bracelet. An extra rubber strap is also included. Both the movement and the strap feature quick-release clasps and can therefore be changed quickly and easily without the use of tools. Inside the case, the Swiss mechanical in-house movement FC-775 with automatic winding works reliably. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour and has 25 stones. Above all, it has a Perpetual Calendar function. This watchmaking complication ranks among the royal, that is, the most complicated functions in the world of watchmaking. It means that this calendar, once set, always displays the exact date, day of the week and month, taking into account the length of the months and leap years, without the need for correction until the year 2100. There is also a leap year indicator and a moon phase indicator. This beautifully decorated movement can be observed thanks to the transparent dial.

The elegant yet clear dial with a subtle globe motif is protected by a sapphire crystal that is maximally scratch-resistant. The anti-reflective coating guarantees excellent legibility even in the harsh sunlight. The water resistance of this model is 100m (10 ATM), so it can handle contact with water such as swimming.

The FC-775 Manufacture movement was developed by Frederique Constant in 2016. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour (4Hz), has 25 jewels and 191 components. The machine has an automatic winding with the option of manual crown winding. Its main advantage is the Perpetual Calendar function, or perpetual calendar, which ranks among the royal, most complex watchmaking complications. The perpetual calendar in this case displays the current date, day of the week, month, or leap year without the need for correction until 2100 (when there is an anomaly with leap years that requires the need for correction on March 1, 2100). In addition, a moon phase indicator is also available. The movement is easily adjusted with the buttons on the sides of the watch. At the five o'clock position there is a button to set the moon phase, and at the eight o'clock position the day of the week is set. The button at the 10 o'clock position is used to set the date and day of the week simultaneously, and finally the button at the 11 o'clock position controls the month and leap year indicator. The running reserve is 38 hours. This is Frederique Constant's 20th in-house movement.

Currently, Frederique Constant has an impressive 31 in-house manufacture movements (including the so-called "royal complications" in the form of a tourbillon and perpetual calendar), which demonstrates the great maturity and high level of the brand.
