The EDOX CO-1 Quartz Chronograph 10242-TINR-BUIRN ultra-light men's sports watch is part of the CO-1 (CHRONOFFSHORE-1) series. This model series is designed especially for water sports and diving watch lovers.
The watch case is made of high-quality ultra-light titanium with a PVD finish in rose gold and is held on the wrist by a top-quality blue leather strap. The blue dial is protected by a 3 mm thick sapphire crystal, which is highly scratch resistant.
The EDOX CO-1 Quartz Chronograph 10242-TINR-BUIRN is powered by a Swiss RONDA 5030.D battery-powered movement. Besides the time function, the model is equipped with a date display at the 4 o'clock position. The model also offers a practical stopwatch function .
The movement also has a "hacking" function (stopping the seconds hand when ordered).
The EDOX CO-1 Quartz Chronograph 10242 TINR BUIRN model is characterized by a typical diver's watch design, so of course it has excellent legibility, luminescence and a unidirectional rotating ceramic diving lunette.
The 1000m water resistance is backed up by the screw-down crown and stopwatch pushers and guarantees durability in any contact with water, including deep diving. The watch features an automatic helium valve for seamless pressure equalization when surfacing.
The back cover features a propeller engraving in memory of its iconic association with the highest class of Class-1 racing powerboats.
