Certina DS Action C032.451.11.057.00 watches win their owners especially with their beautiful sporty look and precise workmanship.
The Certina C032.451.11.057.00, which belongs to the DS Action model series, features a date display and a unidirectional rotating lunette. The detailed dial is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, which is resistant to any scratches and thanks to the anti-reflective layer, the dial is legible even in bright sunlight. The watch case is made of stainless steel. The watch stays on the wrist thanks to a well-crafted steel bracelet with a diving extension.
The COSC-certified Swiss ETA F07.412 Precidrive movement guarantees running accuracy with a maximum deviation of +-10 seconds per year and an incredible +-0.07 seconds per day, plus it has a low battery indication. Watches with this certificate carry the Chronometer designation.
Like all Certina watches, it is equipped with the unique DS technology (Double Security System), which increases the durability, shock resistance and water resistance reliability of the watch (1. reinforced sapphire crystal, 2. seal on the crown shaft, 3. double seal on the crown, 4. special back cap seal, 5. reinforced back cap).

Certina is a well-known Swiss brand operating on the market since 1888. Certina watch technologies include: DS concept, Powermatic 80, Precidrive and others. He has been investing a lot of money in the development of more accurate and durable watches since its inception. As a result, it has gained customers and fans around the world. Certina sponsors motor sports (Sauber F1, Rallye - limited edition dedicated to the WRC and the WRC World Championship) and has established many legends in its history: Muhammad Ali, Colin McRae, Ole Einar Bjørndalen, Mike Doohan and others.
Since 2017, every Certina quartz watch has undergone a running accuracy check and is C.O.S.C. and a chronometer with a maximum deviation of + - 10 seconds per year and + - 0.07 seconds per day.
“Jsem sběratel automatických "potápek". Toto byl ovšem nákup bez emocí. Nákup quartzových hodinek pro běžné nošení. Z jejich designu nejsem příliš unešený, ale je pro mě přijatelný. Především mi zde vycházel dobrý poměr, mezi vlastnostmi hodinek a jejich pořizovací cenou. Tyto hodinky však vlastním příliš krátce nato, abych je mohl seriózně hodnotit. Tak jenom něco. Řemeslné zpracování je na velmi dobré úrovni. Design, který mě zde nechává chladným, je ale otázkou vkusu, ten nelze objektivně posuzovat. Pochvalu si určitě zaslouží přesný/příjemný chod otočné lunety. Její tvarové provedení, byť se mi paradoxně vůbec nelíbí, umožňuje spolehlivé otáčení i mokrými prsty. Další výhodu spatřuji v tom, že luneta nebude svými zaoblenými hranami poškozovat rukávy oblečení. Zklamala mě ovšem luminiscence. I po intenzivním nasvícení (100 W žárovku z velmi malé vzdálenosti) je slabá a krátkodobá. Naopak nastavování času, včetně ovládání samotné korunky, je velmi kultivované a přesné. Po vytažení korunky (nastavení požadovaného času) a jejím opětovném stisku, nám minutová ručka nikam neodskočí. Což se u některých strojků děje i přesto, že vyrovnáte zubovou vůli přejetím minutové ručky přes a jejím následným vrácením do požadované polohy. Velkou pochvalu si ode mne zaslouží nerezový tah. Především provedení/funkce překlápěcí spony s pojistnými tlačítky a stejně jištěného/aretovaného nastavitelného potápěčského prodloužení. Určitě jej využiji, až se mi v létě zvětší obvod zápěstí. Více si zatím opravdu netroufám, ale jak jsem napsal hned v úvodu, byl to nákup z rozumu. Potřeboval jsem přesné spolehlivé a vzhledově univerzální hodinky pro každodenní nošení. A to mi snad splní…”
