The Casio G-Shock GPR-H1000RY-1A9ER Rangeman Rescue Yellow Series is a watch that feels at home in harsh and adverse natural conditions, offering a wealth of features, modern design, all covered by great features and high durability. Like its predecessor, it offers GPS navigation, solar power and, thanks to its association with the Polar brand, advanced training options.
Select models from the special edition Rangeman Rescue Yellow Series combine the distinctive black colour that epitomises durability with a strap in the bright yellow colour used by rescue and security forces. This innovative design is perfectly suited to the world of professionals involved in rescue operations and all sorts of challenging missions.
The Casio G-Shock GPR H1000RY-1A9 Rangeman is the successor model to the popular Casio G-Shock GPR-B1000 and belongs to a group of very popular G-Shock models designed for outdoor enthusiasts, sportsmen and members of the armed forces. It comes with a craftsmanship that makes it stand up to even the toughest conditions. They excel in resistance to shock, water, mud, dust, impact and low temperatures. They are equipped with a number of basic functions important for being outdoors - compass, thermometer, barometer, altimeter, pedometer. It brings an optical heart rate sensor located on the watch face. Thanks to it, you have an overview of the current heart rate, heart rate zone, VO2 max value, etc. As with most proper sporttesters, there is no lack of GPS navigation, which provides data on location, speed, distance covered. In conjunction with the app(CASIO WATCHES), it is possible to analyse the route taken on the phone, compare performance and fitness progress, sleep quality and body recovery. All data can also be shared with the Strava, Google Fit and Apple Health apps.
The watch has a brilliantly readable MIP LCD display that shows the date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm, countdown and many other functions provided by six sensors, which you will use especially when outdoors and playing sports.
The case of the watch is made of biomass plastic, complemented by a rubber strap that feels good on the hand and is also made of biomass. Both sides of the case, which house the GPS antenna and six sensors, are protected by metal parts. The display is covered by mineral glass. For easy readability in low-light conditions, the watch is equipped with automatic LED display illumination. The advantage of the watch is the combination of solar-powered, GPS-controlled time, complemented by the possibility of low-energy connection of the watch to the phone via Bluetooth. The connection, in conjunction with the use of the corresponding mobile app(CASIO WATCHES), allows easy management of all functions. In addition to the light, the watch can also be recharged by wire when connected to a USB charger. Solar charging serves basic daily functions such as time display, pedometer, notifications, on the contrary, it does not serve for GPS and heart rate measurement. Unlike its predecessors, the watch brings an enhanced notification option, which has been expanded to include vibration in addition to the display on the dial.
The watch pleases with a smaller case diameter of 53.2 mm. The water resistance of this model is 200 m, so you can swim and enjoy other water sports without any problems.
