The Casio G-Shock GA-2100AS-5AER with Carbon Core Guard construction is an addition to the popular GA-2100 series, which is characterized by an octagonal case.
Casio G-Shock GA 2100AS-5A evokes summer with its colours. Their semi-transparent dial is inspired by the colour of the cool blue waters of an oasis under the heat of the summer sun. Even the new design does not change the watch's craftsmanship, which can withstand exposure to difficult conditions. The high durability of the case is ensured by the Carbon Core Guard construction. This is made of resin, reinforced and strengthened with carbon fibers, the construction of the buttons is also special, protecting the model from the penetration of dirt. The aforementioned combination allows to create a more compact and lighter unit.
The watch has a combined, analogue and digital dial that displays the date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm and many other functions that you will use during sports and leisure.
The carbon fibre reinforced plastic case of the watch is complemented by a resin strap that excels in durability and longevity. The materials used have helped to reduce the weight of the watch to just 51 grams.
The dial is protected by a mineral glass. For easy readability in low-light conditions, the watch is equipped with luminescent-coated hands and dual LED illumination that illuminates both the analogue part and the digital display when the button is pressed. A sub-dial showing the current day is located at the 9 o'clock position, while the digital display shows not only the selected mode but also related data. The case diameter of 45.4 mm makes the watch one of the larger ones. The water resistance of this model is 200 m, so you can swim with the watch without any problems.
The Casio G-Shock model series offers a suitable watch for anyone looking for a combination of a durable, sporty watch in an attractive design, combined with a rich range of functions. All models in this globally popular range are more resistant to shocks and impacts than conventional watches. They also demonstrate increased resistance to magnetic fields.
